Business Intelligence Consultant

We are looking for a freelance Business Intelligence Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a beginner level of experience in Business Intelligence and will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, creating reports and dashboards, and providing insights to drive business decisions. The project duration is expected to be between 3 to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track business performance.
- Utilize predictive analytics to identify trends and patterns in data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Perform data cleansing and ensure data integrity.
- Use OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) tools like BusinessObjects and Cognos to create interactive dashboards.
- Work in an Agile environment using Kanban or Scrum methodologies.
- Ensure data ethics are followed throughout the project.
- Collaborate with the development team on version control using Git.
- Provide release planning and support during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Beginner level experience in Business Intelligence.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and data analysis expressions (DAX).
- Proficiency in using version control tools like Git.
- Experience with stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of data ethics and privacy regulations.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
