Position Overview:
The Finance Consulting Analyst will play a key role in supporting our consulting engagements by providing analytical insights, financial modeling expertise, and strategic recommendations to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in consulting while making a meaningful impact on our clients' success.
Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis, including trend analysis, variance analysis, and scenario modeling, to support client engagements.
Develop financial models and forecasts to evaluate business performance, assess investment opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
Assist in preparing client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and executive summaries, that communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments to inform client recommendations.
Support business development efforts by contributing to proposal development, client presentations, and marketing collateral.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
1-3 years of experience in finance, consulting, or a related field; previous experience in management consulting is a plus.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear and actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial software and tools is a plus.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
