I am seeking a senior Ruby on Rails developer for my existing project.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team and contribute to our existing project. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for rectifying existing bugs within the project, introducing new functionalities, and ensuring the seamless integration of these updates.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve bugs, issues, and performance bottlenecks within the Ruby on Rails application.
Develop and implement new features and functionalities in accordance with project requirements.
Collaborate with the team to design, architect, and maintain a robust, scalable, and high-performance codebase.
Conduct thorough testing of code changes to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver solutions that meet expectations.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails developer with a strong understanding of its principles and best practices.
Ability to identify and rectify bugs in an existing codebase efficiently.
Proficiency in implementing new features and functionalities within Ruby on Rails applications.
Experience with test-driven development (TDD) using RSpec or similar testing frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within a team environment.
Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
