Labor and Employment law expert required!

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced labor and employment law expert to join our firm. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide expert advice and counsel on all matters related to labor and employment law. Responsibilities include advising clients on discrimination, harassment, wage and hour compliance, employee benefits, and employment contracts, conducting legal research to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, drafting and reviewing employment-related agreements, and representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation. The ideal candidate will have a Law degree, active license to practice law, 5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of labor and employment laws, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a track record of providing practical legal advice.
